Our chemical pre-treatment process allows us to properly prepare metals for the coatings process without using conventional sandblasting, or in extreme environments, we can use this in addition to sandblasting for the absolute best coatings life.
This process uses Eco-friendly chemicals at high temperatures and high pressure, to mechanically clean the part before applying a conversion coating which provides a level of corrosion resistance (stops rust) and promotes excellent adhesion to the part.
